OKLAHOMA CITY (Sporting Alert) — LeBron James and the Miami Heat have jumped on the Oklahoma City Thunder early to take a 32-17 first quarter lead in their NBA clash here at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Meanwhile, Kevin Durant also picked up his 11th technical of the season, after showing his frustration at not getting a call when he drove to the basket and collided with Norris Cole.
Durant had a moment of scare later after he landed awkwardly on his shoulder going up for a rebound against Chris Andersen.
The Oklahoma City Thunder star forward currently leads the NBA in scoring, but went 0-for-4 from the field in the first quarter.
Cole ended the quarter with a nice drive to basket to beat the clock. He has five points, after knocking down a three-pointer earlier.
