BELEM — (Sporting Alert) — Brazil and Argentina target a better out coming tonight when they match talents in the second leg of the inaugural Superclasico de las Americas.
Both sides played to a dull 0-0 draw in the first leg and will be hoping for a better display, even without the services of some of the regular top players.
With the likes of Lionel Messi, Carlos Tevez, Javier Mascherano and Sergio Aguero all missing the game for Argentina – the home-based players will be looking to force their way into the squad when the regulars return.
The home-based players of Brazil will also be keen to prove themselves tonight, especially with the likes of Robinho and Pato the others away with their respective clubs.
Two players, Neymar and Ronaldinho will be in action for Brazil and will start as well.
Argentina will also be without the injured Mauro Boselli and Juan Manuel Martinez.
The game will be Argentina’s last warm-up match before starting their bid to enter the 2014 World Cup next month.
Argentina (3-5-1-1): Orion; Dominguez, Desabato, Cellay; Pillud, Fernandez, Guinazu, Canteros, Papa; Montillo; Viatri.
Brazil (4-3-3): Jefferson; Danilo, Dede, Rever, Bruno Cortes; Romulo, Ralf, Lucas Moura; Ronaldinho, Neymar, Borges
