College football bowl games slips into action again on Friday with four games.
Live Coverage on WatchESPN (ESPN3) as well as ESPN Networks on television.
There will be action from the Armed Forces Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, Music City Bowl and Insight Bowl.
The early kick-off with see BYU taking on Tulsa in the Armed Forces Bowl in ideal condition for football in Dallas, TX, that game is at 12:00 pm EST.
Action in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl will see Iowa State going up against Rutgers in New York, while Mississippi State and Wake Forest are in Nashville, Tennessee for the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl.
This will be the second-consecutive bowl appearance for the Mississippi State, which is also doing so for the first time since the three streak from 1998-2000.
Meanwhile, the fourth game on Friday will take place at Sun Devil Stadium and it sees the Oklahoma Sooners – missing championship game after a poor run in the second part of the season – starting favourites to beat Iowa and win the Insight Bowl in Tempe, Ariz.
When they start the game, OU will be making its 44th bowl appearances. The Sooners have recorded victories in 26.
Oklahoma are trying to remain confident and of course focus ahead of the game, but head coach Bob Stoops believes there isn’t any special workouts that they could do to be ready.
“We have a lot to get straight. We have a lot to correct,” said Stoops. “And I don’t know if just the bowl practices can get it done but we’re going to try.”
