MANCHESTER (Sporting Alert) — Tom Cleverley has been named on the bench for Manchester United, while Luis Suarez starts in attack for Liverpool in today’s Barclays Premier League clash at Old Trafford.

Cleverley has been out since October with an ankle injury, but the England midfielder has recovered fully from the problem to earn a recall.
Meanwhile the experienced Paul Scholes starts in midfield alongside Ryan Giggs, Michael Carrick and Antonio Valencia, while Danny Welbeck and Wayne Rooney start in the attack.
Amongst those on the bench for United are Paul Pogba, Javier Hernandez, Dimitar Berbatov, and Park Ji-Sung.
Suarez, in the meantime, starts as the main striker and will play alongside Dirk Kuyt and Steven Gerrard.
Craig Bellamy is on the bench.
