Inter Milan v AC Milan: Live, starting teams

MILAN (Sporting Alert) — Inter Milan and defending champions AC Milan square off in a crucial Serie A clash this evening at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in San Siro.

AC Milan are currently trailing leaders and undefeated Juventus by one point and need to keep winning if they hope to retain their title.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho will start up front for AC Milan as they look to get the early goals needed to keep the pace on their rivals.

Manager Massimiliano Allegri is determined to take the fight to Juventus, who will face 15th placed Cagllari.

“We are really fired up for the derby,” he said. “We could not have asked for a better game, as we are highly motivated.

“If we do well and Juve slip up again, then we can overtake them.”
