NEW YORK (Sporting Alert) — Dwight Howard future with the Orlando Magic continues to look slim with numerous reports linking him with a move away from the Florida team.

Howard has been the subject of a trade every since the beginning of the shortened past season and it is now being reported that the center had a meeting with the Orlando Magic general manager Rob Hennigan on Friday to demand that he be traded to the Brooklyn Nets.

According to ESPN’s Chris Broussard, the relationships between the want-away Howard and the organization has gotten worse every since he signed the “opt-in” clause earlier this year.

There were several incident that followed those processors, which even resulted in several burst up between him and his coach Stan Van Gundy, who has since been sacked, and he now wants to move on and continue his career some where else.

The ESPN reports claimed that Howard and Hennigan met “face to face in Los Angeles” on Friday to discuss his future in the league and he outlined the paths in which he wants to take.

It is still uncertain as to whether Hennigan will give in to Howards demands, but several sources are claiming that those within the organization believe that it would do more harm than good to keep a player, who clearly doesn’t want to stick around.
