SAN ANTONIO (Sporting Alert) — The Los Angeles Lakers will continue to be without center Dwight Howard and forward Pau Gasol as they take on the San Antonio Spurs tonight.

Both players missed the LA Lakers 125-112 defeat to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night and have no chance of playing against the Spurs.

With Howard and Gasol out, the Lakers will start the same way it did against the Rockets, with Darius Morris and rookie center Robert Sacre joining veterans Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant and Metta World Peace.

For the Spurs, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Danny Green all start the game tonight.
