HOUSTON (Sporting Alert) – An injured hit Los Angeles Lakers will take on an in form Houston Rockets team, hoping to end a three game skid on Tuesday night.

The Lakers, who are without star forward Pau Gasol and All-star center Dwight Howard, will also be with Jordan Hill for the clash with the Rockets at the Toyota Center here in Houston, Texas.
With Gasol and Howard out, the starting line up for the Lakers (15-18) will be Steve Nash and Darius Morris starting at the guard positions, while Kobe Bryant will move back the forward and play alongside Metta World Peace.
Los Angeles also confirmed on its website, at lakers.com, that rookie Roberto Sacre will start at center
“Expect Nash, Morris, Bryant, MWP and Sacre to start for LAL,” the club said on its official Twitter account.
For the Houston Rockets, James Harden, Jeremy Lin are expected to lead the Texas side.
The starting team is also made up of Chandler Parsons Marcus Morris and Omer Asik in what should be some interesting match-ups on the night.
The Lakers are on a three game losing streak, but the Rockets are entering the game on a four game winning streak.
