Mourinho names 20 man squad for Getafe clash; No Kaka

MADRID (Sporting Alert) — Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has named his 20 man squad for the Spanish La Liga clash with Getafe at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The squad, which is without Kaka, was posted on the team’s official website at Realmadrid.com.

Goalkeeper Iker Casillas, who is set to be on the sidelined for up to three months after undergoing surgery to mend his fractured left hand is also out of the squad.

Diego López is the new keeper drafted in to replace Casillas, while Sergio Ramos and Marcelo are also included in the team.

As expected, the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema, Mesut Ozil and Angel Di María are also amongst the players in Mourinho’s side.

REAL MADRID SQUAD
Goalkeepers: Adán, Jesús and Diego López.
Defenders: Varane, Ramos, Coentrão, Carvalho, Marcelo, Arbeloa and Albiol.
Midfielders: Khedira, Özil, Alonso, Essien, Modric, Callejón and Di María.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema and Higuaín.
