Barclays Premier League Top Scorers On Monday Feb. 4. Robin van Persie Continues To Lead List.

LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Robin van Persie continues to be the leading scorer in EPL, after 25 games on Sunday.

The Manchester United forward, who is well known for his scoring while at Arsenal, is again having an impressive English Premier League season in front of the goal – netting 18 goals so far in helping the Red Devils to the top of the standings.

Van Persie has not scored in the last two Premier League games, but his outstanding opening to the Premier League season, sees him continues to hold the advantage as the top EPL goal scorer.

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez is only one goal behind van Persie on 17 goals, while Chelsea front-man Demba Ba has 13 and Swansea City’s Michu stuck on 13.

Theo Walcott of Arsenal has 11 goals, so far this season, so too are Edin Dzeko (Manchester City), Rickie Lambert (Southampton), Gareth Bale (Tottenham).

Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney moved into double figures on Saturday after netting the winner against Fulham in his team’s 1-0 win on the road.

Christian Benteke (Aston Villa), Juan Mata (Chelsea); Marouane Fellaini (Everton), and Frank Lampard (Chelsea), all have 10 goals as well.
