SEATTLE (Sporting Alert) — United States head coach Jurgen Klinsmann made two adjustments to his side for tonight’s CONCACAF World Cup 2014 qualifying game against Panama at CenturyLink Field.

Geoff Cameron and Eddie Johnson are the players called to the USA starting team, which will look to add another victory and build on the win over Jamaica in Kingston, last Friday.

Stoke City’s Cameron, who normally plays in the backline, comes in to play in midfield for Jermaine Jones,  while Johnson is expected to play wide on one of the flanks, although it is believed that Klinsmann has asked him to drift inside sometimes and join Jozy Altidore in the attack.

Goalkeeper Tim Howard, forward Clint Dempsey and Michael Bradley will be important figures in Klinsmann’s side, which sits second behind Panama on goal-difference in the table standings.

The atmosphere here in Seattle is electrifying and the crowd is ready to will the team forward to another win.

Victory would see the Americans going top of the standings for the first in the fourth round.

Luis Tejada, the Panamanian leading all-time scoring will look to work the USA defense tonight.
