(Sporting Alert) — Jamaica and Panama are locked at 0-0 at half-time in their CONCACAF World Cup 2014 qualifying game in Panama City on Friday night.

The Reggae Boyz were forced to make a substitution just before the end of the half as defender O’Brian Woodbine came on to replaced Alvas Powell, who went off with an injury.

In other half-time score, Costa Rica lead USA 2-1, with Jhonny Acosta and Celso Borges scoring for the home side and Clint Dempsey grabbing a goal back from the penalty spot before the half-time break.

In second half action in Mexico, the hosts gave up a 1-0 lead and now trail 2-1 against Honduras.
