The linebacker was ruled out of last Sunday’s 27-24 defeat to the San Diego Chargers because of a knee problem and was also listed a questionable for the game Saturday with the same problem.
However, he is now list as active and is desperate to help the Chiefs (11-5) in their push to avenge the defeat suffered at the hands of the Colts (11-5) in December.
Kansas City head coach Andy has recalled the big guns after resting several of them against the Chargers.
“It’s a playoff game, so it will be even louder,” quarterback Alex Smith said. “We’ll be inside, so, no question, that will be a challenge for us on the offensive side of the ball, to be able to handle the crowd noise.
“Anytime you have to communicate, sometimes it’s going to have to be nonverbal and guys are just going to have to see things and hit things on the run and we have to be on top of it.”
