Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has made three adjustments from the side that drew 2-2 with DR Congo on Sunday for the clash with Mali.
Mohammed Rabiu, Isaac Vorsah and Harrison Afful all come in, while Christian Atsu, Derek Boateng and Jerry Akiminko all make way for the trio.
Asamoah Gyan and Mubarak Wakaso, who both picked up knocks during the last game, are OK to play.
Meanwhile, Mali, looking for another win after starting the tournament with a victory over the weekend, have started Samba Diakite Momo Sissoko and Adama Coulibaly.

Seydou Keita was the hero for Mali in their Africa Cup of Nations opening group match after the former Barcelona star scored an 84th minute winner in the 1-0 win over Niger.
