The Belgian forward had been dropped by manager Jose Mourinho for the midweek 3-0 Champions League victory over Schalke for disciplinary reasons, after reportedly missing a team practice before the game.
Samuel Eto’o, who scored twice in that game keeps his place to lead the front line, with Fernando Torres out injured, while Willian, Oscar, Frank Lampard and Ramires all start as well.
John Terry and Gary Cahill continue to play in the heart of the defense, while Ashley Cole and David Luiz start on the bench, along with Juan Mata and Demba Ba.
Among the starters for West Brom are Stephane Sessegnon, Youssouf Mulumbu and Shane Long, but Saido Berahino is on the bench.
