LONDON – The English Premier League table standings heading into Week 11 fixture of games, as Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham head the pack over Liverpool on goal difference.
After 10 played games, Tottenham and defending champions Liverpool both have 21 points, but Spurs are sitting atop of the table standings due to a superior goal-difference of +12 to the Reds’ +5.
Chelsea, another title contender and a side rounding into form, enter the Week 11 fixtures in third place with 19 points, while Leicester City currently occupy the last spot in the Top 4 with 18 points, as the first seven teams are separated by just four points.
Completing the Top 10 are West Ham United in fifth place, Southampton, Wolves, Everton, Manchester United and Aston Villa.
United and Villa have only played nine games.
Manchester City, another team which played one game less than most of the teams in the league this season, are sitting 11th with 15 points and they are followed by Leeds United (14), Newcastle United (14), Arsenal (13) and Crystal Palace (13).
Sheffield United, still without a win this season, continue to sit a the bottom of the Premier League table standings with one points, with Burnley and West Bromwich also currently in the relegation zone.
Brighton (16th) and Fulham (17th) remain in danger of slipping in the bottom three if results doesn’t go their way.
Brighton and Southampton is the only action on Monday evening.
