Lewis replaced the injured Shane Battier in the starting line-up for the game.

Battier, the Heat reported, suffered a sprained a right knee ligament when he landed awkwardly in the third quarter of Saturday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“I’m sore, but overall, I feel pretty good,” Battier said on Monday. “I think it could have been a lot worse than it was.

“I’ve sprained an MCL before, so I knew what it felt like. I knew exactly what it was. It wasn’t as severe this time.”

There was no other change to the Miami side with Dwyane Wade, Mario Chalmers, LeBron James and Chris Bosh all taking up their regular starting places.
