Real Madrid v Barcelona Starting Teams, Live, and Scores

MADRID (Sporting Alert) — Víctor Valdés was named to the bench by manager Tito Vilanova for tonight’s Copa del Rey with Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu.

Instead, Jose Pinto has been handed the starting gloves and he will be supported by Carles Puyol, Gerard Pique Jordi Alba and Dani Alves.

Lionel Messi, Pedro and Cesc Fabregas will lead the attack, while Andres Iniesta, Xavi and Sergio Busquets completes the starting line up.

David Villa is again on the bench, alongside Alexis Sanchez and Javier Mascherano.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, leave Kaka, Luka Modric and Gonzalo Higuain all on the bench, with Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jose Callejon and Mesut Ozil.

Jose Mourinho has also moved to start with  Xabi Alonso, Michael Essien and Sami Khedira in the same team.

Diego Lopez also starts over Antonio Adan, who was expected to be the man between the sticks.
