LONDON (SportingAlert) — Tony Pulis is no longer the manager at Crystal Palace, Press Association Sport is reporting on Thursday.
There have been numerous reports circulation that Pulis had been growing frustrated with the lack of movement in the current transfer window, which led led him to have a meeting with the club’s hierarchy.
Now, Press Association Sport is reporting that the veteran manager has decided to leave his post as manager of Crystal Palace – by mutual consent – two days before the start of the English Premier League season.
Pulis was very impressive as manager of Palace last season and after saving the club from relegation when he took over when the club was in trouble , he was named English Premier League Manager of the Year.
Crystal Palace remains silent on the subject, but Press Association says the club will issue a statement on Friday to address the manager’s resignation.
