No. 1 Kansas State, No. 2 Oregon defeated: NCAAF Final Scores – Nov. 17

(Sporting Alert) — Baylor created a massive upset on Saturday after they defeated No. 1 Kansas State 52-24 to once again blow up the national championship race.

Later on in the night, there was more drama as No. 2 Oregon were also handed its first defeat of the season – going down 17-14 to No. 13 Stanford in overtime.

Also on Saturday, No. 3 Notre Dame stayed on course to play in the championship game with an easy 38-0 victory over Wake Forest. Quarterback Everett Golson threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns and running back Cierre Wood rushed for 150 yards to help the Irish stay unbeaten.

Ohio State beat Wisconsin 21-14, LSU stopped Mississippi 41-35, Oklahoma State hammered Texas Tech 59-21, while the Oklahoma Sooners edged West Virginia 50-49.
