Among the highlighted seeded men’s players set to take the courts on Day 4 are defending champion and No. 2 seed Roger Federer of Switzerland, Serbian No. 14 seed Novak Djokovic, as well as German fourth seed Alexander Zverev.
Federer will battle with German Jan-Lennard Struff on Rod Laver Arena, with Djokovic also playing on the same court earlier against Frenchman Gael Monfils.
On the women’s side, world No. 1 Simona Halep will face off against Canada’s Eugenie Bouchard on Margaret Court Arena, while Maria Sharapova of Russia takes on Latvia’s No. 14 Anastasija Sevastova on Rod Laver Arena.
