(Sporting Alert) — Ibrahim Afellay and Maarten Stekelenburg were included in the Netherlands team for tonight’s Euro 2012 Group B clash against Denmark at the Metalist Stadium.

Afellay has been impressive for the Dutch in their warm-up games and he gets the nod to play alongside the like of Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder and Robin van Persie in the attack.

Stekelenburg, meanwhile, will start in goal ahead of Michel Vorm and Tim Krul, who have both been in good form this season.

For Denmark, the spark in expected to come from playmaking young sensation Christian Eriksen, who will link up with Dennis Rommedahl and Nicklas Bendtner to provide the punch.

Stephan Andersen will start in goal, while Manchester United’s fit again shot stopper Anders Lindegaard is on the bench.
