Andy Carroll returns: Newcastle United vs West Ham

NEWCASTLE (Sporting Alert) — Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan are both in West Ham United starting team for today’s Premier League clash against their old club Newcastle United at St James’ Park.

Also returning with the duo is former Magpies boss Sam Allardyce, who is confident his side is good enough to win and climb over Arsenal and even Tottenham, should they lose against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Allardyce is also delighted that defender James Tomkins has passed a late fitness test and is able to start the game.

Newcastle United can also make a move on the table and even overtake the Hammers with a win.

Highlighting the hosts line-up are Yohan Cabaye, Jonas Gutierrez, Papiss Cisse and Demba Ba, four individuals who could certainly change the game.
