(Sporting Alert) — Manchester United heads into this weekend’s round of fixtures on top of the Barclays Premier League standings and look strong favourites to keep its advantage at the top.
Heading into this week’s set of games, Manchester United lead the league table with 39 points, six more than defending champions and arch rivals Manchester City, who currently sits second on 33 points.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s side
Queens Park Rangers, without a win and nine defeats hold up the league table with seven points, with Reading, nine points and Wigan, 15 points, also sit in the relegation zone.
