(Sporting Alert) — Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has named a strong starting XI to face Borussia Dortmund in tonight’s Champions League game at Signal Iduna Park.

After watching most of City’s games from the television set, Scott Sinclair was handed a rare starting role tonight, as Mancini looks to seal and win and keep his team’s hopes of making Europa League alive.
Manchester City is without several players because of injuries, but will have captain Vincent Kompany and Joleon Lescott in the starting team.
Playmaking midfielder Mario Gotze has been left out of the side tonight, while leading striker Robert Lewandowski is on the bench.
