LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Looking ahead at Chelsea schedule for the remainder of the English Premier League season as they prepare to take on Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s men have already clinched the EPL title, following their 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace last weekend, but the experienced manager is determined to keep winning as his team look to break into the 90-points mark for the season.

Chelsea take on Liverpool on Sunday with a 13 point advantage over second place Manchester City and Arsenal.

A win for the Blues over the Reds will see Brendan Rodgers side officially dropping out of the top four race, as they are currently seven points behind fourth place Manchester United and would only have two games left to be played.

After their battle with Liverpool on Sunday, Chelsea will then travel to West Bromwich for an EPL Monday Night Football fixture on May 18, before finishing up the season at home against Sunderland on May 24.

Against Liverpool, the champions are at 10/11 to take the victory with the visitors being back at 3/1 to collect all three points. Sky Bet has odds of 5/2 for a draw, which would keep Rodgers’ team in the top four running on mathematics, but goal-difference is not in their favour.

For the clash with West Bromwich, Chelsea have odds of 5/6 for the win, while their opponents are listed at 10/3 to secure an upset.

Chelsea have won 16 of the 18 maximum amount of points that were up for the taking in April and the early part of May.

Although the Blues have already landed their fifth English Premier League crown, Mourinho is determined to keep his players motivated, as the likes of Eden Hazard, Oscar, John Terry, Willian and Cesc Fabregas will want to finish the term with a flourish.

It is understood that former No. 1 Petr Cech will take over the rest of the season as the starting goalkeeper, as Mourinho looks to convince the veteran shot-stopper to stay.
