Nikola Vucevic matched his career-best of 43 points and finished with a double-double to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 132-118 impressive victory over the Golden State Warriors in a NBA game here at United Center on Sunday. Watch the video highlights and check out the game’s box score for stats.

The win today ended the Bulls’ 11-game losing streak to the Warriors with Chicago defeated Golden State for the first time since March 2, 2017.

On the court, Vucevic, who also had game-high 13 rebounds, with four assists, and four steals, hit 18 of his 31 shots and made five 3-pointers, which was 14 more points than he’d scored in any previous game this season.

This was also the same number of points he had against the Bulls as a member of the Orlando Magic on Feb. 2, 2021.

Vucevic has been in great form against the Warriors, scoring 20 or more points in seven of his last 11 games against the defending champions, with three games of 30 or more to go along with this latest performance.

He was well supported by Zach LaVine who poured in 27 points, nine rebounds, and six assists for Chicago, while Coby White, Ayo Dosunmu, and Williams also contributed with 15, 12, and 10 points respectively.

Alex Caruso also had a productive game for Chicago (20-24), recording a 12 points, nine rebounds to go with seven assists.

Meanwhile, Klay Thompson had a good game for the Warriors, connecting on 8 of 15 3-pointers in his team-high 26 points in the defeat as Golden State (21-22) fell to 4-17 on the road this season.

Back court partner Stephen Curry ended with a 20-point, and 10-rebound double-double, with Jordan Poole, Anthony Lamb, and Andrew Wiggins finishing with 15, 14, and 11pts respectively.

The Warriors rallied from a 35-20 deficit in the first quarter to take a 62-59 lead at halftime, but the Chicago Bulls regained their early form in the second half to retake the lead and entered the start of the fourth quarter with a 92-86 advantage.

The Bulls outshot the Warriors 50.5 percent (48-95) to 49.4 percent (41-83).
