Christmas Day NFL scores, and Boxing Day schedule tonight

MIAMI, FL — The NFL scores on Christmas Day saw the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams all picking up respective victories as the battle for places in the postseason continues to be the main highlight.

Meanwhile, the Monday Night Football game on Boxing Day will see the Los Angeles Chargers travel to battle against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. On Sunday, the Green Bay Packers rallied to beat the Dolphins 26-20 to keep their playoff hopes alive and handed Miami a fourth successive defeat. Aaron Rodgers threw for 238 yards and a touchdown with one interception for the Packers (7-8), who intercepted three passes from Tua Tagovailoa in the fourth quarter to help set up the vital win.

Star receiver Tyreek Hill took four catches for 103 yards for Miami to take his reception tally to 113 for the season, setting a Dolphins season receiving record. Jaylen Waddle had five receptions for 143 yards, while Tagovailoa completed 16 of 25 passes for 301 yards and one touchdown in the defeat.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady and the Buccaneers (7-8) stayed in control of the NFC South after overcoming a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter en route to beating the Arizona Falcons 19-16 in overtime.

Brady threw two interceptions but managed to complete 32 of 48 attempts for 281 yards and a touchdown for Tampa Bay, while Leonard Fournette ended with 162 total yards, which included a 44-yard reception.

Elsewhere, the Los Angeles Rams scored a dominating 51-14 win over the Denver Broncos in a matchup against two teams that are already eliminated from NFL postseason play this season.

Baker Mayfield was the star man for the Rams, throwing two touchdown passes to Tyler Higbee and Cam Akers, plus running for 118 yards and three more scores for their second victory since mid-October. Mayfield finished with 24 of 28 on completed passes for 230 yards.
