(Sporting Alert) — Jamaica are without Nyron Nosworthy for tonight’s CONCACAF World Cup 2014 qualifier against Costa Rica after the defender limped off the field in the first half during the home draw with Panama.

With Nosworthy out, Watford defender Lloyd Doyley comes into the starting XI for the Reggae Boyz, which have started the CONCACAF final round qualifier with two draws – a 0-0 tie in Mexico and the 1-1 draw at home with Panama on Saturday.

Marvin Elliott, who scored Jamaica’s goal on Saturday, joins Rodolph Austin, Garath McCleary and Jobi McAnuff in the midfield, with Jermaine Beckford and Luton Shelton leading the attack.

Experienced goalkeeper and captain Donovan Ricketts could be very busy tonight.

Arsenal striker Joel Campbell, who is out on loan will join Bryan Ruiz in the attack for Costa Rica at the Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica.

Alvaro Saborío, Ariel Rodriguez Araya and Osvaldo Rodriguez start as well for the home side.
