The Spanish forward will be partnered by David Villa in the attack as Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone look to win the game, despite needing just a draw to seal the title.
Captain Gabi, Arda Turan, Tiago and Koke all start in midfield, with Miranda and Diego Godin starting in the back line.
For Barcelona, meanwhile, Brazilian striker Neymar was only named to the bench, with Lionel Messi, Alexis Sanchez and Pedro starting.
