LONDON, Sporting Alert — The Following are the English Premier League Standings and results after the matches that were played in Week 33 on Monday.

Leaders Chelsea saw his push to win the title this season halted a bit, following a 2-0 defeat at Manchester United on Sunday.

The win for Manchester United, who controlled the entire the game, saw them moving four points outside of fourth place with a game in hand.

Chelsea’s defeat meant their lead atop the English Premier League standings is now just four points.

Second-place Tottenham hammered Bournemouth 4-0 to stay within touching distance of the leaders.

In other results, third-place Liverpool beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0, fourth-place Manchester City thrashed Southampton 3-0, while Arsenal tagged Middlesbrough 2-1 on Monday to move back to fifth-place.

Everton beat Burnley 3-1, Stoke City turned back Hull City 3-1 and Watford edged Swansea City 1-0.

Crystal Palace and Leicester City ended 2-2 and Sunderland and West Ham United finished 2-2 as well.
