(Sporting Alert) — Tottenham will again be without speedy winger Gareth Bale because of an injury for this afternoon’s Barclays Premier League visit to Goodison Park to face Everton.
As expected, Hugo Lloris comes back in the starting line-up to replace Brad Friedel in goal, while Clint Dempsey and Mousa Dembele both start as well.
Dembele comes in for Tom Carroll, with William Gallas preferred to Kyle Naughton.
Meanwhile, Everton made two changes from the team that drew with Manchester City in the last outing.
David Moyes has decided to replace Seamus Coleman and Steven Naismith with Tony Hibbert and Kevin Mirallas.
Marouane Fellaini has been backed to score again for Everton this afternoon, but so is Tottenham’s top striker Jermain Defoe.
