LONDON (Sporting Alert0 — The top four English Premier League teams have been draw to face one another after the draw in the FA Cup fifth round this weekend.
On Sunday EPL leaders Arsenal were drawn to play Liverpool, while the high riding Manchester City have been paired with Chelsea, as they seek to win four trophies this season.
While many teams were keeping their fingers cross not to drawn the free scoring Manchester City, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes the draw is good for his team.
“It’s a good thing for us. We are playing very well in my opinion. It’s good for us; if we lose, we lose against the best. If we don’t lose, it’s fantastic.”
There are also two other all-EPL clashes, as Everton were paired with Swansea City and Capital One Cup finalists Sunderland drawn to face Southampton.
Elsewhere, Brighton & Hove Albion will entertain Hull City and Cardiff City will play host to Wigan Athletic in the other clashes involving EPL sides.
