FA Cup Fifth Round Draw; United; City Arsenal kept apart


LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Barclays Premier League sides Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City have all been granted home ties and kept apart in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

The draw was made on Sunday, following the last game between Liverpool and Oldham and it revealed all the match-ups.

English Premier League leaders Manchester United, who battered Fulham in their fourth round contest was handed another EPL outfit in Reading, a side that also scored four goals in their 4th round game on Saturday.

Manchester City, after the tricky tie at Stoke City, have been handed a home tie with Leeds United, who knocked out EPL side Tottenham on Sunday.

Arsenal get Blackburn in their fifth round game, while Wigan travel to take on either Huddersfield or Leicester.

Oldham, who knocked out Liverpool on Sunday get another date with an EPL side, this time its Everton, while Luton Town will host Millwall.

After being held by Brentford, Chelsea will try and setup a contest with Middlesbrough, who are already waiting for the winner of that 4th round replay.

MK Dons, who ended the run of English Premier League side QPR will meet Barnsley.

Ties will be played on the weekend of February 16/17.
