SWANSEA (Sporting Alert) Arsenal FC manager Arsene Wenger has named a strong team for this afternoon’s FA Cup third round clash with Swansea from the Liberty Stadium.
Olivier Giroud returns to the starting line-up, but Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Lukas Podolski have both been dropped to the substitutes bench.
Theo Walcott, Santi Cazorla, Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey have been named in the starting team as well as Arsenal look to progress to the fourth round and join the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham.
André Santos, Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny also start for Arsenal, as Wenger made three changes from the side that drew 1-1 with Southampton in the Premier League the last time out.
Danny Graham starts for Swansea with Michu on the bench.
Michu is suffering from a back problem, and the manager has decided to give him a rest, while Ashley Williams, who has been playing every game this season finally gets a rest.
