The Oklahoma City Thunder star player also added five assists to his stats in his almost 23-minutes of play on the night.
Kevin Love and Carmelo Anthony both scored 16 points to lead that column for Team USA, with the former also pulling down six rebounds in the game.
Anthony Davis added 12 points, while Russell Westbrook had 11 and James Harden finished with 10.
Lebron James had just five points on the night, while Kobe Bryant collected only four.
Makram Ben Romdhane lead the way for Tunisia with a game high 22 points and 11 rebounds in the defeat.
Mohamed Hadidane added 11 points.
Team USA shot 43 of 70 from the field, while Tunisia had 23 of 65 from the floor.
In another game on the night, Tony Parker dropped 17 points and five assists to help France beat Argentina, 71-64 in closely contested encounter.
Manu Ginobili scored a game high 26 points for Argentina, with Luis Scola adding 16 in the defeat.
