Ernests Gulbis will take on Novak Djokovic, while Andy Murray faces No. 1 Rafael Nadal in today’s French Open semi-finals at Roland Garros.

In the first semis, No. 2 Djokovic take on the 18th-seeded Gulbis, looking for a place in the final, while No. 7 Murray will have his hands full against the top-seed Nadal.

The Britain star knows that it won’t be easy, but he’s confidently looking forward to the challenge as he eyes a place in the final.

“Getting to the semi is definitely a big achievement, but it’s not what I came here to do,” Murray noted.

“My goals and expectations are different to a lot of people. I have done OK so far. Still a long way to go.

“I definitely learned some things in the match in Rome that I hope to use to my advantage here.”

Djokovic will be looking to take care of business against the surprising Gulbis, as he seeks to win the French Open for the very first time.

Gulbis has been having a very good tournament thus far, where he’s eliminated the highly fancied Roger Federer in the fourth round.
