Week 3 action started on Thursday night with the Atlanta Falcons (2-1) running over Tampa Bay (0-3), 56-14 and kept the Buccaneers winless after three games thus far on the season.
The week also saw the Seattle Seahawks (2-1) handing the Denver Broncos (2-1) its first defeat of the season, with a 26-20 overtime victory on Sunday.
Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) continued its impressive undefeated season with a 37-34 win over the Washington Redskins (1-2), the Cincinnati Bengals (3-0) also stayed 100-percent on the season with a 33-7 result over the Tennessee Titans (1-2), while the Arizona Cardinals (3-0) won its third successive game this term, following a 23-14 win over the San Francisco 49ers (1-2).
The Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) bounced back from back-to-back defeats to start the season with a 34-15 victory over the Miami Dolphins (1-2), while the Chicago Bears (2-1) held off the New York Jets (1-2) in Monday Night Football, 27-19.
