Brown, who is an important part of the Celtic defensive line, missed Saturday’s win against Aberdeen in the Scottish Premier League opener, but is back to lead the Hoops again.
Also coming back into the starting team is Charlie Mulgrew, who returns to the side after serving his one-match ban.
Making way for the pair were Beram Kayal and Anthony Stokes, who have both been dropped to the bench.
Celtic take a slim 2-1 advantage into the game, following its win the opening game at Celtic Park in the first game.
Gary Hooper and Charlie Mulgrew were the scorers.
