How To Watch and Follow Kansas City Chiefs vs Houston Texans on September 10

KANSAS CITY – Defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, kick off the 2020 season on Thursday night in a clash with the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium.

Games time for this season opener is slated to start at 7:20 pm CT on NBC, while NBC Online and NBCSports.com will also stream the game live online.

Series History

• The Chiefs, led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, will take on the Texans for the 13th time in the history of these two franchises. The Chiefs own a 7-5 advantage over Houston all-time, including postseason victories in 2019 and 2015.

• Kansas City fell to Houston in Week 6 of the regular season in 2019, but following the loss, the Chiefs went 8-2 to close out the year.

• Chiefs’ Head Coach Andy Reid is 8-2 all-time against Houston, including a 5-2 mark with Kansas City. Dating back to 2013, Reid’s teams have averaged 29.0 points-per-game vs. Houston.
