Jamaica Boys and Girls High Schools Champs, Schedule, Live Coverage

KINGSTON, Jamaica (Sporting Alert) — The following is the schedule for day one of the Jamaica Boys and Girls High School Track and Field Championship on Tuesday.

ISSA Boys & Girls Athletics Championships
Date: March 12, 2013 To: March 16, 2013
Location: Jamaica Kingston & St. Andrew

Labeled as the “Boys and Girls Champs,” the event is recognized world-wide and is one of the most popular and most watched high school championship in the world.

The action begins on Tuesday evening at 2:30pm with men’s Javelin Throw OPEN in the one session of the first day, as there is no morning session.

Other events scheduled for Tuesday are the class 1 boys Long Jump, girls High Jump and Discus Throw and the all the preliminaries for the hurdles.

The heats for the open 2000 Meter Steeplechase will also take place today.
