Captain Rudolph Austin will again monitor things from midfield and he will be supported by Je-Vaughn Watson, with Garath Mccleary and Joel Mcanuff operating out wide.
Ryan Thompson, who was impressive in goal against the United States, despite his one spill, gets the nod again, with Adrian Mariappa, Wes Morgan Kemar Lawrence and Michael Hector in front of him.
Meanwhile, for Mexico, Giovani dos Santos remains as a sub, with head coach Miguel Herrera starting with Jesús Corona and Oribe Peralta in the attack.
Captain Andres Guardado, who netted twice from the penalty spot in the win over Panama, will hunt more goals from his midfield position, as Jonathan dos Santos and Jesus Duenas start alongside him.
