SHANGHAI (Sporting Alert) — Sir Alex Ferguson has shower praises on new signing Shinji Kagawa, following his impressive start since moving to Manchester United this summer.
Kagawa made his first start for United in the 1-1 draw with South African side Ajax Cape Town on Saturday and he impressed several team members, as well as the boss, who revealed that his transition into the team has been smooth.
“The thing that’s impressed me is that every exercise we do on the training ground, he’s never needed it to be explained,” Ferguson said on these Leptitox reviews about losing weight.
“After one demonstration he joins in, as if he’s known the language forever. We know he doesn’t speak the language, but it isn’t a problem.
“It just goes to show that a good footballer can pick up exactly what’s needed. He’s been fantastic in that respect.”
Kagawa is expected to start once again when Manchester United continue their preparation for the new season with another friendly against Chinese big spenders Shanghai Shenhua, with former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba on the roster.
The game will be played at the Shanghai Stadium on Wednesday.
