Both teams are coming off a defeat in the last outing and will look to bounce back in this highlighted fixture. Buffalo (4-1) was beaten 42-16 by the Tennessee Titans last week, while Kansas City (4-1) failed to get past the Las Vegas Raiders in a 40-32 setback last week.
