There were concerns over whether the guard would be limited, but Pacers coach Frank Vogel said he expects him to play as normal.
Hill, who collected 24 points before a collision with New York center Tyson Chandler in the win in Game 4, will start tonight, taking the place of D.J. Augustin.
“We just did it by the book, just everything that the league asked for with the protocol,” Vogel said.
“The final step is making sure that he’s symptom-free after exertion. We did that at shootaround and cleared him to play.”
Meanwhile, Pablo Prigioni is in the starting line-up again for the New York Knicks and will join Raymond Felton, Carmelo Anthony, Iman Shumpert and Chandler in the starting team.
Anthony says the Knicks will be gunning for a massive win on the road.
“We are trying to get a huge win on the road,” Anthony said. “We have proven we can win on the road but it’s a matter of who wants it.
“Indiana is definitely a tough place to win, but we feel like we have an opportunity to do something special.”
The Indiana Pacers, despite losing Game 5, lead the series 3-2 and will be hoping to close out the series with a victory tonight at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
