LIVE SCORES: Newcastle v Stoke and TEAMS

(Sporting Alert) — Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew made seven changes to the team that featured in midweek against Anzhi Makhachkala for today’s Barclays Premier League clash with Stoke City.

In fact, only Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, Rob Elliot, Yohan Cabaye and Moussa Sissoko survived from that team that played in the Europa League as Newcastle look to bounce back from last week’s defeat to Swansea City.

Papiss Cisse will lead the attack, with Cheick Tiote and Yoan Gouffran also starting.

In the meantime, Stoke City boss Tony Pulis kept faith in most of the players that featured in the side that was beaten at home by West Ham, with Geoff Cameron replacing Michael Kightly in the only adjustment.
