INDIANAPOLIS (Sporting Alert) — Basketball supporters fell to tears midway through the first half of the NCAA March Madness Midwest regional final clash in Indiana, following an eyeing popping incident involving Kevin Ware of Louisville.

Ware jumped out to try and block a three-point shot from Duke’s Tyler Thornton, but after missing everything, the sophomore landed awkwardly and did some damage to his leg.
He seems to have suffered a frightening fracture to his right leg, which left everyone, including both head coaches of the teams shaken up.
Images showed the player’s tibia bone in his right leg bulging from the skin.
The vision immediately brought tears to everyone’s eyes, especially Ware’s Cardinals teammates, who were in disbelief about what they had actually witnessed.
In fact, Chane Behanan fell to the floor shedding tears, while Russ Smith was also seeing weeping beyond control. Gorgui Dieng was also amongst the players who took the injury painfully.
The Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis went silent once the fans realized what had happened as well, as the medical officials circled around the player laying on the floor.
Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski and Louisville Rick Pitino were both also in tears as they met at mid court prior to the resumption of the contest.
