The Orlando Magic and Atlanta Hawks are locked at 52-52 at halftime in their NBA preseason fixture on Friday night.

Three Magic players have so far scored in double figures.

Aaron Gordon has so far scored 12 points with six assists, while Evan Fournier and Dwayne Bacon each scored 11 points for the Magic, who shot 44.7% on 21-for-47 in the first half.

John Collins had eight points and five rebounds in the first half to lead the Hawks, with De’Andre Hunter scoring eight points.

Cam Reddish adding seven points and five rebounds for Atlanta, which outscored the Magic 29-21 in the second quarter to tie up the game after going behind 31-23 in the opening period.

The Hawks was the better them off the glass, outrebounding the Magic 32-24 in the first half.

Atlanta coaching staff was very happy with the overall performance in the first half, but would like the team increase the intensity on the offensive side in the second period.

The home side took a 20-7 advantage on points off the bench, while making 12 of 16 attempts from the free-throw line in the first half.

Meanwhile, at the Little Caesars Arena, the New York Knicks lead the Detroit Pistons 48-47 at the interval.

Nerlens Noel leads the way with 10 points and six rebounds, while rookie Obi Toppin had nine points with five rebounds for the Knicks.

Derrick Rose leads the Pistons with 10 points while Blake has six points, five rebounds and five assists in the first half.
