Striker Sergio Aguero has been handed the start to lead the attacking line for Manchester City, with Gabriel Jesus on the bench.
This is one of the two adjustments made by manager Pep Guardiola from the side that picked up a 3-2 win at West Bromwich in Week 10.
The other change sees Raheem Sterling, who has scored seven goals and two in the last eight games, coming in for Bernardo Silva and will join Leroy Sane in support of Aguero upfront.
David Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Fernandinho, Kyle Walker and John Stones all start today as well.

Meanwhile, the big team news for Arsenal sees manager Arsene Wenger leaving Alexandre Lacazette on the bench and decided to replace him with winger Alex Iwobi.
Iwobi, who started in the 0-0 draw at Chelsea earlier in the season, will play on the left-hand side of the attack with Alexis Sanchez leading the frontline.
In other news, Francis Coquelin comes in for Per Mertesacker, who is ill and not in the matchday squad, while and Sead Kolasinac is fit to start despite an injury fear in midweek.
Granit Xhaka, Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil all start as well for Arsenal, while Mathieu Debuchy, Jack Wilshere, Olivier Giroud, Theo Walcott and Mohamed Elneny are among the substitutes.
