MANCHESTER (Sporting Alert) — Roberto Mancini made eight adjustments to his Manchester City side for today’s Barclays Premier League clash with West Bromwich at Etihad Stadium.
Carlos Tevez, Edin Dzeko, Javi Garcia, Jack Rodwell, Kolo Toure and Aleksandar Kolarov were amongst those coming into the Manchester City side which played to a 0-0 draw with Swansea at the weekend.
The likes of Sergio Aguero, Matija Nastasic and Gareth Barry are on the bench, but there was no Yaya Toure, Vincent Kompany or Gael Clichy in the side all together.
West Bromwich, in the meantime, made four changes from the side that was beaten 3-2 by Wigan at home over the weekend.
One of the highlighted changes is that of England Under-21 defender Craig Dawson, who starts, following his recent loan spell with Championship side Bolton Wanderers.
West Bromwich team: Myhill, Tamas, Dawson, Olsson, Jones, Mulumbu, Morrison, Yacob, Ridgewell, Rosenberg, Lukaku.
